Membership Sales consultant- £28,000-£35,000 Basic + Commission- West End- ASAP start

My client is a prestige Private members establishment based in the heart of West London, providing business and relaxation space for High net-worth individual and small businesses. With Business lounges, meeting rooms, Restaurants and bars this is the perfect location for individuals to conduct business from time to time and for clients looking for a more permanent fixture- beautiful serviced office spaces.

My client is seeking a talented Sales consultant to join their current team of three, with the focus being to bring new clients on board and ensure repeat business from previous clients. You will have to be an innovative thinker and bring in new ideas on how to conduct leads and market your sale effectively.

The day to day will include (but not be limited to):
- Selling and maintaining relationships with current office residents.
- Finding potential new clients.
- Conduct viewings with new potential clients.
- Answer enquiries from new and existing clients via phone, email and in person.
- Maintaining the standards of the office space.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A working background within the Serviced office space.
- A working background as a sales executive/consultant.
- A well-presented individual who understands the importance of personal and professional standards.
- Great communication skills and an organised approach to tasks.

Salary: £28-35k per annum
Bonus: £10k bonus per year - discretionary based on performance
Benefits: 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, Pension, Discounted food on site.
