Mental Health Business Support Officer

Location: Fulbourn, Remote (Mandatory Office Attendance Every Other Tuesday)
Salary: £14.53 An Hour
Benefits: Holiday Entitlement, Pension Scheme

We invite dynamic and dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Mental Health Business Support Officer with Our Public Sector Client NHS England situated in Fulbourn. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Senior support assistance: Manage incoming calls to alleviate pressure on senior staff member, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
  • Diary Management: Efficiently organise schedules and appointments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and meetings.
  • Email Correspondence: Respond promptly and professionally to emails, maintaining accuracy and a high level of communication.
  • Cross Covering: Collaborate seamlessly with team members, providing mutual support for a cohesive work environment.
  • Slide Deck Creation: Utilise organisational and technical proficiency to develop impactful slide decks for presentations.


  • Previous experience in a similar role (PA).
  • Fluent in Microsoft platforms and previous experience managing an inbox is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in diary management and adept at handling high-pressure situations.
