Brook Street Social Care is currently working with a nationally recognised, fast growing support organisation which specialise in the support and recovery of adults who are recovering from mental health conditions. Based in Sunny Brighton, we are looking for exceptional candidates who are experienced working with vulnerable adults on promoting independence and navigating mental health recovery.

Our client has been voted best community support provider of the year, was a national winner in the great British care awards, and has since been nominated for a number of awards.

The role is based around providing community based support to adults who have successfully been transitioned into "virtual wards" whereby they receive full clinical and psychological support through virtual platforms. This virtual support is then paired with a practical support function, provided by the successful candidates applying for this role.

We are looking for candidates who have experience promoting independence, working with adults who have had complex mental health backgrounds, but are engaged and willing to see a more independent future. The role is community based, and as such, we are looking for car drivers who are able to commute around the Brighton area.

- Minimum of 1 years Experience supporting adults with acute/complex mental health needs
- Driving license and car with ability to travel across locations in Brighton
- Working independently managing a caseload of clients
- Full flexibility to fulfil rota requirements
- NVQ level 2 in health and social care (or equivalent/above)

This role is paying from £19k per annum based on 40 hours per week.
