BS Social Care are recruiting for candidates with experience in mental health and also supporting service users with housing.

Working alongside a client who specialises in recovery and mental health

The role is to facilitate discharge from acute mental health and step down units. This would be supporting service users with mental health, housing, finances and debts. This role will involve travelling to service users, but has some admin work which can be completed at home or in office.

The ideal candidate would have experience within mental health. Previous experience in creating support and recovery plans would be advantageous but not essential.
