We are recruiting for individuals with experience in the social care sector that want a temporary opportunity with the view of this going permanent.

The role of the support worker will be to offer support to individuals with mental health and autism. The individuals you are supporting are very independent and may demonstrate verbally challenging behaviour. You will be supporting individuals with autism and mental health your day duties will vary but essentially supporting with domestic duties, activities shopping and overall engaging with the service users.

The individual we are looking for is someone who is passionate and enthusiastic to make a difference, these attributes will be key in working for this organisation.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years experience or 6 months with a relevant qualification. Also you will have relevant experience supporting individuals with mental health.
