Job Description

We have a brand new role arisen for a Mental health waking night support worker, if you are looking for a new opportunity supporting individuals in supported accommodation look no further!

The role of the mental health support worker is supporting individuals with mental health issues, they have been moved into supported accommodation put up by the service, they can become challenging to begin with as they are settling. Your duties will include supporting with living tasks and monitoring their safety. You may need to prompt with their medication. These individuals have come from homeless backgrounds and placed in supported accommodation to help with their living situation and mental health. This role is working nights at the service so you must be able to commit to waking nights.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience supporting individuals with mental health, you will be reliable and trustworthy and be flexible to work on a rota basis.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 1 years work experience in social care or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS on the update service we would love to hear from you!
