Mental Health Services Team Leader
Location: Leeds
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Shifts: Varied (6am-10pm, Mon-Fri + 1 Sat/month)
Team Leader at our new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. You'll provide hands-on leadership, ensure safe, recovery-focused care, and help shape a positive team culture from day one.

Your Role

• Lead, mentor, and supervise staff
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Manage rotas, staffing, budgets, and care documentation
• Support recruitment, training, and HR processes
• Oversee health & safety, audits, and service upkeep
• Attend reviews and liaise with families and professionals
• Step in for management and participate in the on-call rota

What You'll Need

• Experience in mental health care and team leadership
• Strong organisational, mentoring, and communication skills
• Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
• Commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred support
