We`re currently working with our global client to secure talented and passionate Merchant Support Specialists for their UK operation. The Merchant Support Specialists who will work from home to operate as the first point-of-contact for the company`s clients and partners. Dealing with queries from these organisations and liaising internally with the company`s other departments, the Merchant Support Specialists will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the company`s products and services.

Duties in the role will include collaborating with teams across the business, dealing with a wide variety of queries, analysing clients` payments-related issues, assisting with disputes and providing sustainable solutions, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of functionalities for all systems, and ensuring that a superior customer service is provided to clients.

The shifts to choose from are :

Core: 13:45 - 22:15
Mid 16:30 - 13:00
Late - 18:30 - 03:00

Salary will be between £21,000 - £22,500 depending on which shift you work

Candidates must have at least six months` customer service experience which has given them excellent customer service skills. Our client is seeking candidate who are passionate about customer service, who are proactive, can multi-task, have excellent time-management skills, and who have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
