An excellent opportunity has arisen with our client for a Meter Support Advisor to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis at their Belfast location
The role is full time and temporary for 4-6 weeks before you transfer to a permanent role. Our client is a well known and successful business in Northern Ireland
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service
You will be responsible for managing high volumes of calls relating to Metered customers in a professional manner.
Provide clear, informative and expert advice with a confident and positive attitude.
Resolve problems to customer`s satisfaction in a timely fashion and ensure root cause has been identified and communicated to relevant department for corrective action.
To maintain and update customer database & Metered Propane System with accurate information.
To ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to.
Support other team members in tasks with an enthusiastic, approachable attitude.
Any other ad hoc duties which may involve direct contact with other departments
What do we need from you?
Minimum GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent), or, Two - three years relevant customer service experience.
Experience with working to targets (both personal and team targets).
Proven track record at delivering results in a timely and professional manner.
Experience in handling high volume of calls.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £10.25 per hour, paid on a weekly basis and have the adavantage of free car parking
