Job Description

My client who are Loughton based are looking for a MIG/TIG Welder to join their busy team for a 3 month temporary booking.

Job Profile:

You will be required to weld covers and chassis from 1.2 - 2.0 mm mild steel.

To ensure consistent high quality of finished product, working within drawing specification and that the product is suitable for further stages of manufacture.

Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with your Line Manager's requirements.

Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed to enable smooth handover to following shift.

2 Years' experience in Mig welding is essential and Tig welding is also desired.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings

Hours: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday
7.30 am to 12.30 pm Fridays (39 hour week)

Salary: £11.00 per hour
