Our client is a personal injury law firm based in Liverpool. They deal with very high quality EL/PL personal injury cases and have grown steadily over the past few years and as a result of their success we are now looking for a Fee Earner with experience of working in a fast paced and cost driven environment to join our MOJ portal team
Salary range: £19,000 - £24,000
Solicitor Training contract available
Full Time/Permanent
Responsibilities:
" Handle caseload of EL/PL files from portal submission through all stages of the MOJ Portal, along with infant claims proceeding to infant approval.
" Handle claims from acceptance to settlement within the MOJ Portal.
" Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems.
" Correspondence and telephone calls.
" Reviewing files.
" Being part of the support for junior staff.
Personal Specification:
" High level experience in Fee Earning.
" experience in Fee Earning - EL/PL or RTA (stage 2-3)
" MOJ Portal experience
" Confident in litigating matters from start to Finish.
" Excellent customer care skills.
" Hard working and able to work from own initiative with minimal supervision.
" Keen Commercial awareness.
