As a Customer Services consultant you`ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first-rate service by phone, letter, email and webchat.
You'll seek to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible, and use your brilliant communication skills to handle sometimes complex but rewarding conversations.

No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
Speaking to customers on the phone, helping them with their questions or issues
Taking payments by phone, letter and our online services;
Creating customer records and keeping them up to date;
Using webchat and email to support our customers online.
If successful, you`ll be employed on a 5 out of 7 contract, and be expected to work five days out of seven days covering various working patterns between 08.00 am and 10.00 pm, 37 hours per week.
Shifts may include:
Monday - Friday:
8am - 4pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 9am - 5pm
Essential Skills and Experience:
Good communication skills, both oral and written;
Dedication to providing a brilliant service for customers;
Ability to handle both enjoyable and fast-paced conversations;
Ability to provide information, quickly and clearly;
Possess a can-do attitude and a real passion for supporting people;
Proficient in maths and the ability to deal with basic calculations;
Good organisational skills, able to respond flexibly to changing priorities at short notice.
