A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a money advisor on a temporary (12 month) basis for a local, Cardiff based employer. This employer offers a fantastic working environment and lots of potential opportunities following your initial assignment, which is for a twelve month period.

The role will involve calling debtors and discussing their personal circumstances to establish an effective payment plan. This role requires a high level of compassion and understanding as you will be dealing with debtors who have experienced life-changing and sometimes difficult situations. The aim of this role is to understand the debtors situation and come up with a compassionate payment plan.

Credit control or debt collection experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. However, strong numeracy skills and IT skills are essential.

A compassionate and understanding nature is essential to be considered for this role, as assessed at interview.

This is work from home role currently but is subject to transition to a working from office, based in Cardiff city centre. For this reason, we are only considering candidates who can commute to Cardiff upon the reopening of the office.
