We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join the established mortgage team in Cardiff. You will be required to offer support to the department, including managing diaries, producing reports, liaising with solicitors and providers to chase for information, preparing documentation, chasing up correspondence and full completion of records.
Preparation of documents relating to mortgages
Correspondence writing and recording
Management of clients
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Financial Services experience ideally within mortgages
Excellent MS Word / Excel / Outlook skills
