Brook Street are excited to be working with a continuously growing mortgage broker with an industry name recognition and are looking for an Administrator to join their growing team.
Based in Nottingham City Centre
35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9-5
£18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include
-Administering and progressing mortgage and protection product applications
-Liasing with stakeholders including clients and advisors
-Working closely with Mortgage advisors to create a great team and provide outstanding customer service
-Package mortgage documents efficiently
-Update clients regularly regarding case progress and outstanding requirements
-Chase solicitors proactively to ensure that mortgages progress to exchange/ completion efficiently.
To be successful in the is role the candidate will need
- Ideally have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar mortgage processing role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Office Suite in general.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to your work.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
