Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a new Qualified Mortgage Advisor on behalf of our Belfast based firm who are a financial services organisation.

Duties:

Servicing new enquiries
Providing Mortgage and Protection advice to new and existing clients
Submitting mortgage and protection applications
Building and maintaining client relationships
Advising on a range of mortgage products that best suit your client`s needs
Keeping up to date on FCA regulation and the current market
Confidence in liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agencies and valuers


Essential Requirements

Must have a CeMAP qualification
Minimum of four years hands on experience of advising on Mortgage & Protection products
Whole of market experience is highly desirable
Ability to explain these products to clients in a simple, effective way
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Salary will depend on previous experience - Circa £30-40k per annum
