My client has a position to join their successful team as a Mortgage and Insurance Advisor. You would be responsible for helping and advising clients on the most suitable products that would meet their requirements and the needs of the customers.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high quality professional mortgage advice and explaining different types of mortgages available to the client

Communicating with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers

Ensuring all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescale and meeting the quality standards set

Meeting performance targets while embracing company values and promoting them fairly

Maintaining knowledge of the financial services, industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary

Key Skills

o Good communication and listening skills
o Organised and target driven
o Willingness to learn new skills
o Excellent customer service skills
o The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
o CEMAP 1, 2 & 3 or CERT CII or equivalent

If you are successful within this role, you`ll receive full and ongoing sales and protection training. The commission scheme is uncapped and the on target earnings of £80000 which is nothing to laugh about!
