Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client to recruit self employed Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join their expanding team


Duties:

* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Business generation
* Advising on a range of mortgage products that best suit your client's needs
* Keeping up to date on FCA regulation and the current market
* Confidence in liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agencies and valuers
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

Essential Requirements

* Must have a CeMAP qualification
* Must have some form of existing client base
* 12 months hands on working knowledge / advising on Mortgage & Protection products
* Whole of market experience is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills - oral and written
