Job Description

Would you like to work for a business in Swansea that offers a great city centre location surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants with great transport links? If so, we have an exciting for a Mortgage Compliance Officer on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Mortgage Compliance Officer/Manager to join the Finance team in Swansea . You will be required to have ceMAPS for this role..

Duties

  • Offering mortgage advice
  • Case reviews
  • Checking standards
  • Communicate with the compliance team regarding concerns/issues
  • To be able to identify any risks to the company/adviser on the advice provided

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following skills to be considered for this role

  • ceMAPS
  • FCA knowledge
  • Previous experience as a mortgage compliance officer.
