The Company:
Brook Street are pleased to offer an opportunity to work with one of the country's leading mortgage packagers. You will be joining a busy team in Southampton with over 20 years' experience in the mortgage sector.

The Role:
You will act as the first point of contact, building strong relationships in order to attract business. You will answer incoming calls, respond to client queries and ensure the smooth running of the application process.

Your Skills:
You will be an excellent communicator who is committed to delivering a first-rate customer experience. You will have strong organisational skills, an ability to understand complex material and a keen eye for detail. Sales ability and a good understanding of the mortgage market are also beneficial.

What's in it for you?
In return for your hard work our client offers a competitive salary of between £20,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are 37.5 per week. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday.
