If so, this could be the perfect role for you. This Multi Lingual Sales & Customer Service Representative role is offering £30,000-£33,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and is working for a leading manufacturing company.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of customer accounts. This role's key aspect is to ensure there is a timely placement of orders and confirmation to customers whilst a key communication to customers during the order process.
Your day to day duties will include:
Advising Customer Service & Sales Support Management should departmental processes or procedures require amendment, proactively make suggestions for improvement and improved efficiency.
Providing day to day support and advice to Customer Service & Sales Support Representatives as required.
Management of allocated customers within the 'sales cell' including organising samples, new product development work etc.
Attending weekly meeting's to discuss any changes or processes in relation to the team.
Actively demonstrating Company values over the telephone and via email.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Be fluent or at native level in the following three languages: English, Spanish and Italian.
Be experience within a B2B customer service role and ideally experienced in a commercially driven company.
It would also be desirable for the right candidate to have SAP experience or have a good knowledge of the SAP system.
