Multi Skilled Maintenance/Building Labourer
Full time Based in South Coventry
Occasional overtime/call out work
Paying up to approx. £19k per annum

About the position:
Working as a Multi Skilled Maintenance/Building Labourer you will work flexibly across the Maintenance team testing building, electrical and mechanical equipment, repairing any faults and reporting back updates where necessary.

General responsibilities include:
Repairing and reviewing of the fire alarm systems
Fire door and lighting checks
Completing building maintenance checks
Completing vehicle checks, ensuring they have everything to run correctly
Ensuring all work is being completed correctly within the relevant H&S guidelines
Reporting any issues or repairs back to the Supervisor team

About you:
You will have practical experience working in an electrical/building services position along with a relevant qualification
Experience working in planned preventative maintenance
Have some practical with fire alarm systems - to BS 5839 is desirable
An awareness of asbestos materials and non-licensed material work
Knowledge using access equipment
Be a team player with an organised approach to work
Be able to think on your feet and act quickly in response to an emergency
Have the ability to complete work with minimal supervision to a high standard
