Job Description

A multi skilled trade engineer is required in a Swansea based housing association.

The role is a temporary position for three months, possibly to be extended, to fully complete bathroom installations from start to finish. The company will provide a vehicle for works throughout the day to travel to and from site. Start time is 8:00am and finish time is 16:30.

The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, both hot and cold, general carpentry, floor repairs and a good understanding of H and S including housekeeping and cleanliness.

Good knowledge and awareness of asbestos (Cat B accredited Preferred but not essential), " Excellent Customer & communication skills and must provide own Power tools to include hand tools.

Salary dependant on experience
