I am working with a business to business marketing company who are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join their fast-growing team.

The company is one of the fastest-growing and most-awarded business to business marketing agencies in the world and are working with exciting companies like Microsoft, Salesforce and O2 on cutting-edge global programmes from their three international offices. Based in the outskirts of Oxford, Monday to Friday hours (with early finish on Friday) and even free breakfast and lunch! The salary is between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on your experience. All but one of their board members worked their way up through the company, including three who started as graduates. This isn`t a typical `inside sales` role. If you are a determined and ambitious sales professional with plenty of telephone experience who would like a sales role with a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

We`re looking for sales professionals with strong experience in:
-Selling a complex product or proposition over the phone, or in written communications.
-Liaising successfully to the Director level within prospect and customer businesses.
-Working to, and exceeding, commercial targets and objectives.
-Consultative sales - building rapport, defining needs and building intelligence.
-Working to tight deadlines/juggling multiple projects.
