Job Description

Are you fluent in both Spanish and English? Have you got experience working in a fast-paced environment culture, with extensive sales experience and ideally contact centre experience?

If so, this could be perfect for you. Working at the client`s office in the Liverpool city centre, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities on all customer contacts, successfully signing up customers to additional products or services whilst meeting revenue targets.

When applying for this role, please be aware my client is looking at two training starts in the next couple of weeks (Thursday the 23rd of September 2021 and Monday the 4th of October 2021) and there is a number of positions available and interviews will commence quickly if deemed suitable.

Competitive salary of £21,486 per annum on a permanent, full time basis.

Working hours of 0800-2000 (Mon-Fri) and 0800-1630 (Sat - please be aware you`d be required 1 in 12 weekends).

Day to day duties:

Handling all business customer interactions through a mixture of inbound and outbound customer contact and ensuring their customer on-boarding journey and customer care journey.

Identifying and closing sales opportunities to sign customers up to additional products and services when meeting revenue targets.

Providing first class service to their business customer base.

Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data.

Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets.

In order to apply for this, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (Multilingual).

Be experienced of working in a fast paced, high performance culture with extensive sales experience and ideally within a contact centre environment.

Previous retail and hospitality experience alongside the use of point of sales systems experience is desirable.

Previous experience of working within both sales and revenue generation targeted campaigns or targets.

IT savvy - with good MS Office and keyboard skills.
