A competitive basic salary of £21,390 per annum.
Working hours that range between 0700-0800 Mon-Sun (this would be across 2 shift patterns - 0800-1630 and 1130-2000).

Day to day duties include:
Handle all customer interactions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Engage with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.
Providing a value added service at all times that enhance the customer's experience and build on both brand and service reputation.
Capture, maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
Identifying any service-related issues, trends or incidents.
