Job Description

My client is seeking a Key Account Manager to deal with national accounts for the business.

Essentially you will provide a single point of contact to customers, delivering the best service, every time.

You will manage all work orders for your set customer base, ensuring client KPI's are managed and adhered to for reactive calls, quoted works and pre-planned maintenance. You will be advising of the right solutions, in order to get their customers back on track as quickly as possible with minimum disruption.

You will build and maintain great working relationships with customers, finding the best solution and delivering outstanding service, each time.

In addition, you will attend / hold customer service reviews and provide regular reporting on service performance to the team and your customers.

Ideally my client is looking for someone who has a background in account and relationship management, as well as strong negotiation and problem solving skills.

You will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, and be confident in communication and IT systems.

The right candidate will have experience in working towards set targets.

The salary range is competitive. Free car parking, 20 days holiday rising one day per year to 25. Health cover. Employer contributes 5% into pension. Life cover. Sick pay after qualifying period.
