Your local Environment Agency needs you!
Picture this: You're sat at home with a nice cup of tea about to watch the news at 6, the headlines as usual BREXIT! As the deadline for October slowly creeps forward you may start to worry about what will happen? You may feel the urge to help and get stuck in, but how?
Your local Environment Agency is looking for someone who wants to have an open and supportive discussion about how we can help the public in these uncertain times. No matter the outcome in October, we are looking for helpful, friendly and endearing voices to join the Environment Agency for the EU Exit general enquiries line. Someone who is committed to making their local area a better place for people and animals to live. If you enjoy a good chin wag over the phone and love talking to people from all walks of life, then this position is for you!
If you can you think independently to solve problems whilst still taking a human approach to customer service, then you would be an excellent addition to the Environment Agency. In your new role you will have to:
- Dealing with incoming calls, written correspondence and routine requests
- Collating and analysing complex information or data
- Overseeing administrative procedures and process
So, if you want to proactively do something that aids your local community and environment in these politically dividing times then put forward your CV. We are having an open day on the 20th August 2019, it's a great opportunity to learn more about the role, meet people at the environment agency and see what you'll be doing daily.
