Working for a Cloud IT Tech business who are leaders in their field, the Network Engineer will be offering technical support to customers with technical issues that have been escalated so experience of a customer support role is essential within IT. The successful candidate will be the technical point of contact for users who are experiencing Network issues that the Service Desk cannot fix.
We're looking for somebody who is a team player and able to be on-call as part of the on-call rota for customers who experience issues outside of normal working hours. The Network Engineer will also carry out on-site installations and repairs where required and be adept at escalating to third parties for issues that require further technical support.
As a Cloud Network Engineer, knowledge of SaaS and Cloud Based Computing are essential, as you'll be a leader in your field, delivering on the customers' requirements. The Network Engineer will also have experience of IPv4 / IPv6 addressing & routing, OSPF, VLAN's and VPN's.
