£30,000 - £35,000 Depending on Experience - £40,000 - £45,000 OTE

If so my prestigious client in the Motor industry is looking for a new Sales Manager to join their high performing team.

Who you will be working for

You could be working for a successful family business that represents some of the best vehicle manufacturer franchises in the world and puts its people first.

What you will be responsible for.

You will be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles according to Manufacturer standards whilst aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer service possible.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop a Sales Team to ensure industry-leading performance standards
• Control costs in line with departmental and dealership objectives and business plans.
• Manage, coach, and motivate the Sales Team
• Ensure that profit targets are achieved, margins maintained, and expenses controlled
• Deliver first class selling and marketing skills

What our client is looking for in you

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. You should also be a dedicated, experienced Sales Manager within the motor industry. It is essential that you have experience of controlling costs. You must have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that your department has a strong customer focus in line with business objectives and you must therefore be an excellent communicator who is firm, fair, assertive and highly professional.
