A leading Camberley based Telecoms company is seeking an expeirence New business / Account Manager to join there friendlyand fast paced team. Excellent career opportuntiys and OTE. The ideal will be sales motived, have excellent relationship building skills and be used to working to and exceeding targets.
To increase new business revenue by acting as primary business contact for new customers, and ensuring high standards of service at all times, educating and guiding customers in usage and range of products and services to maximise sales opportunities and following up on lead generation campaigns and promoting and upholding the clients commitment to continuous improvement at all times.
To actively seek out new business opportunities: cold calling, lead generation, to meet/exceed monthly sales KPI's.
To maintain effective and efficient communication with new and existing customers.
To initiate new contract administration liaising with internal support teams.
To identify problems and/or further sales opportunities, ensuring customer accounts remain profitable and retention levels improved.
To educate clients on products and services and use of, and effectively promote and communicate all new sales initiatives.
To enter all client notes/details/profiles on clients Information Management System to assist with targeted marketing campaigns.
To identify/maximise every opportunity to build a relationship with new customers.
To create added value opportunities through benefit up selling where possible.
To ensure all new customers are contacted within a day of setting up a new service.
Provide cover for other sales personnel in their absence to maintain continuity of service to customers.
Not suitable for someone who: displays a poor attention to detail, doesn't deal well with rejection, or front line negotiation, is a poor communicator, doesn't like to work as part of a team.
