Team Leader - New Business - Telford £23,000pa + Commission

A fantastic opportunity to join a stable business situated in Telford. You will be joining a fun team working in a modern environment and will be pivotal in ensuring your team remains focused and company targets are achieved. Working hours are 9-5.30 Monday - Thursday with an early finish on Fridays

The Person:
Have a minimum of two year's experience as a First Line Manager / Team Leader

Previous Telesales / Sales experience in commercial environment

Excellent time management skills

Ability to motivate others and set SMART goals

The Role:
This is a new position that has arisen due to a company restructure. You will be the first port of call for a team of 15 Telesales Executives. You will be responsible for reviewing call recordings to ensure they are compliant and meet the company standards and then will deliver feedback in a clear constructive manner. You will complete staff reviews and set fun incentives to motivate the team to deliver against targets. As part of this varied role you will ensure that training manuals and processes are documented and regularly updated in line with business changes.
