Permanent Opportunities based in the Swansea SA7 area

The Role: As a New Business Advisor you will :

• Complete all relevant information on internal database
• Be answering incoming calls from new customers looking to go through quotes for travel insurance and take them through the process to set up a policy
• Speak with customers about their policy plans and advise
• Ability to build a strong rapport with customers
• Experience using computer systems would be a great starting point
