New Enquiries Team member

Exciting opportunity at a growing Specialist Personal Injury firm based in Cheadle village.


Duties:
- Responsible for the initial contact with clients. No cold calls, so all potential clients have either been hot keyed through to them or have had their details sent from other Solicitors with whom the firm work as a secondary panel.
- Assist the team in developing new business
- Responsible for setting up cases for accepted claims.
- Sending out and following up documentation for clients.
- Conduct any initial enquiries to allow us to submit the claim to the Defendant. This may involve such things as ELTO searches, research on Companies House etc.
- Liaise with the file handler and submit claims.


About you
- Must be well organised
- Whilst it is not an outright sales role, some sales/customer service type attributes are beneficial.
- Computer/IT aware
- Must have a very friendly and approachable telephone manner
- Motivated individual who works to meet all targets.



Salary + Benefits
- £19,000
- Although there is some flexibility for an experienced candidate who has done a similar new claims role.
- Hybrid working
