Job Description

We are are seeking a New Homes consultant to be based in the Rickmansworth Area

We are a well established friendly Estate agent who who have 4 sites covering the Hertfordshire Area

You will be required to call out all sites and continuously work the database to ensure maximum number of viewings are achieved across all properties. You will Carry out viewings & purchaser meetings. Be able to Negotiate offers with applicants whilst always ensuring that the feedback system is up to date. Actively Progressing sales. Manage site snagging & completion hand-overs You will be required to attend and be involved with launches for all sites
Review registrations from all offices twice a week and ensure all new applicants are called and introduced to new homes sites.



We looking for a friendly, confident and a team player

You will need 1 years minimum experience working in an Estate Agent and a Car Driver

Paying between 18k and 22.5k depending on experience, company car or car allowance
