Our client is looking for a New Homes Site Sales Consultant, duties to include:
" Working within the New Homes Site Sales office in Bardney, Lincolnshire
" Register client details
" Book and conduct property viewings
" Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
" Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
" Canvassing and producing new business
" Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation
" Prepare contracts/terms and conditions to secure sales
" Advertise properties through all available channels
" Refer relevant business to our internal resources
What`s in it for you?

Basic annual salary of £25,000, dependent on your experience with an OTE of £40,000 (uncapped commission)
Working hours are Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm (winter) & 11am to 6pm (summer)
