This is an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor to join our niche property law firm with great prospects for directorship for the right applicant. We require an experienced solicitor to join our busy newbuild residential conveyancing department acting for clients purchasing newly built/off plan properties to live in. With an emphasis on help to buy and acting for first time buyers the successful candidate must enjoy working to tight deadlines. You will work alongside another solicitor, a trainee solicitor and paralegals. This role does not require any marketing, my client employs a business development manager to link with development sales site managers.

You will be supported on a variety of residential property transactions including sales and purchases with experience in help to buy and newbuild properties a must have. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files as well as ensuring that you provide a high level of service to a very high net worth client base. It is expected that the appointed Solicitor will play an important role in the ongoing financial success of the department which currently deals with circa 30 reservations a month.

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE (guide to experience) and applicants should be enthusiastic about developing their career in this area and experience in plot purchases. They will be confident in their ability to work independently on their own caseload and meet strict deadlines. The successful candidate will be paid a market rate salary, with a generous, realistically achievable bonus scheme.
