37.5 hours per week (Between 8am until 6pm)
My client based in Blackburn is requiring a temporary experienced administrator on a short term basis for approximate 8 weeks.
To be responsible for dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and effectively
Experience working on Microsoft office packages i.e Excel
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role as required by the Manager
Taking any messages and passing on to relevant members of staff
General admin support i.e answering the phones, emails, photocopying etc
A high level of attention to detail, and problem solving
Excellent proof reading skills, and the ability to grasp information quickly, and understand the surrounding environment.
Maintain a professional, efficient and friendly attitude in assisting
The role is full time Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours (flexible )
Pay rate: £8.21 p/h paid weekly
