Title: NHS Call Handler
Band: Band 4 £10.29 Per Hour
Location: Parkway Manchester
Reports to: Shift Manager
Must be Fully Flex across 7days between 6am -00.00 - Full time role


A very exciting job opportunity my client is looking for a call handler to join their very busy team within the NHS, they are looking for a very motivated, committed, hardworking candidate to fill the role.

They are looking for exceptional administrator skills, note taking, answering a high volume of calls, works well under pressure, works well within a team
Dealing with all 28 hospitals across the north west monitoring the ambulance crew and which stage they are at, sending messages to crews, dealing with all levels of staff to monitor bed availability etc.


Can navigate between multiple screens to establish key information. Can listen and record information received from patients quickly.
Can listen and record said information accurately.
Liaising with other agencies and healthcare providers.
To ensure appropriate and effective communication links with other departments, and other areas of the Trust.
To work without direct supervision, dealing with a workload managed by the operation at agreed times
To understand and use other software support tools or administrative.


£10.29 Per Hour Band 4
