Job Description

NHS Customer Service - Speke

Temporary - Up to 6 months as this is in response to Covid/19 however there could be fantastic longer term opportunities for right people.

The role will include a structure training programme for a minimum of 5 weeks

£9.21 - with additional shift allowance for nights, weekends and Bank Holidays
24 hours / 7 days a week on a 4-week rota - You must be fully flexible to work all shifts ( please do not apply if you can't)
You may need to be able to drive due to location of the site and different hours- free parking on site

Due to the enormous pressure that our NHS is under and the incredible work they are doing we are looking for reliable and committed individuals who want to have a career within the NHS.

You will be working in a very busy office in Speke, taking emergency and non-emergency calls from the general public. It will be your responsibility to ask the right questions in order to access their symptoms, before progressing them through the right channel. You will also be dealing with despatches, dealing with the radio, GP admission and bookings and lots more. This is a vary varied and challenging role.

We are looking for strong professional applicants with good customer service skills, this must be demonstrated on your CV. You must be good at communicating with all different types of people. You must be patient and have lots empathy and the ability to make decisions on your own when needed. You must be proactive and enjoy working in a bust and demanding environment.

You must be able to provide us with full referencing and you pass a Criminal Records Check.
