Job Description

We are looking for an administrator to join our client NHS England on a long term temporary basis

If you have a strong admin/secretarial background then this may be the role for you

  • Location: Leeds
  • Hours: Monday- Friday 37.5 hours a week - 9-5
  • Salary: £11.76 PH but raises to £12.74 per hour after 12 weeks

The role:

  • Archiving
  • Preparing contract award letters
  • Data entry
  • Records management
  • Inbox management
  • Coordinating activities from a team mailbox
  • Dealing with queries and requests sent in
  • Providing general admin support and diary management
  • General business admin and responses- Being able to support and action tasks
  • Researching documents and feeding back any responses
  • Taking responses within the team leading up to senior managers


The successful candidate must:

  • Be able to work with sensitive and confidential information and capable of reviewing complex data
  • Be strong planning and organisational
  • Good eye for detail
  • Have effective time management and able to manage own workload
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
