Learning and Development Consultant
£20.49p/h
Long term temporary position
Remote with the occasional need to be in the office


Brook Street are excited to be working alongside an established NHS client.

We are looking for someone with significant demonstrable experience of:

Working in an organisational development/learning and development role - developing, designing, and delivering a range of engagement & OD interventions
Deliver improved outcomes (including talent management, succession planning, skills audits, development pathways, managing change)
Writing and presenting papers/reports to senior leaders
Presenting to a range of audiences at all levels and with different levels of understanding and knowledge
Designing and delivering management and leadership learning activities
Coaching and mentoring - leading and working in a project environment

We are looking for someone with -
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and behaviours
High levels of concentration, accuracy, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritise workload and work to agreed deadlines maintaining high standards
The ability to communicate and explain complex and sensitive information to a range of different audiences at all levels in the organisation
Ability to take responsibility for own area of work, seeking guidance when appropriate.

Desirable but not essential - An appropriate professional qualification in Learning and Development/ Organisational Development/Leadership.
