Job Description

I am looking for a band 4 NHS PA & Admin Support candidate. Based in a central location in Bradford, my client requires an experienced candidate to cover a 6-month temporary assignment until March 2020.

You will need to be a clear communicator with excellent people skills and must be able to set and manage your own priorities. The role is a mixture of PA duties, supporting the "Heads of" with minute taking, diary management and admin support.

This is a band 4 role (spine 11) starting at £9.28 per hour (£18,000) rising to £10.79 (£21,000) after 12 weeks.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experienced as a minute taker and excellent diary management skills
Providing a high level of admin support to Heads of departments
Ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines
Sound IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain and always respect the need for confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
To understand and demonstrate the appropriate need for discretion and confidentiality.

" Valid DBS certificate (Brook Street can request through fast-track service)
" Satisfactory references for the last 3 years of employment (additional requirements for any employment gaps within that period)
" Valid ID documents, i.e., passport, NI proof, etc
" Two proofs of current address
" NHS compliance paperwork to complete in branch as part of the vetting process
" Passport photo

This is a full-time temporary role on Band 4 pay scale until March 2020. Candidates must be available for interview as soon as possible.
