This is a fantastic temporary opportunity based in the city centre of Newcastle working for the NHSBSA.
Full-time, Monday-Friday position working ideal office hours.
Initially for 3 months with an ASAP start, with the view to be extended or apply permanently within.
Day to Day Duties:
- Offering first line support to a range IT queries/issues
- Dealing with internal NHS staff from across the country via telephone and email
- Support ranging from password resets, user creations and processing request forms
- General administration - maintaining records, responding to email queries and logging tickets
- Strong IT skills with Service Desk Analyst experience
- Professional and effective communication
- High attention to detail
- Customer Service experience is essential
