You would be working on behalf of our client who provides customer acquisition, customer care and technical support
Outbound customer service jobs involve advisors directly reaching out to customers. You will be responsible for contacting customers who have registered their interest to donate, pre-screen the customers and go through a check list to ensure that they are eligible to donate
We are seeking candidates who have a good level of customer care, our client will provide you with the correct tools and support to enable you to carry out the role
You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 1130 to 2030. You will be paid on a weekly basis for your first 12 weeks, before transferring to your permanent contract
In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £7.70 per hour or £8.21. You will receive a reduced parking cost. Discounts on big retail brands and many more
