Job Description

Are you seeking a new permanent role as a Night Duty Officer for a social care housing association? if so we would like to hear from you!

You will be working for an excellent provider who provide housing accommodation and supported living services.


As the Night Support Officer, you will be ensuring the safety and security of the accommodations in the neighbourhood, Safety and maintenance of the buildings. Making sure that all incident are reported accordingly and liaising with the People, neighbours in the surrounding areas and building strong relationships with external agencies. You will also have responsibility to monitor the CCTV and be proactive when dealing with emergency situation and who to contact.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisations skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and the team to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service and safety maintenance of the supported living services and welfare of the clients.

The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in the housing sector ideally but not essential. You will have experience dealing with complex situations and have the ability to use your own initiative confidently


This is a full-time position working between 37 hours a week with a salary of £20003 plus benefits, progression and developments
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.00pm to 4.00am and Saturday to Sunday 4.00pm to 4.00am on a 4 on 4 off rota.
