Hygiene Supervisor (NIGHT SHIFT)

Location - Barnsley

Competitive rate of pay to be discussed at interview stage

Main duties include:

• Ensure high standards of factory hygiene are maintained

• Supervising

• Monitoring

• Improving standards

• Full equipment strip downs and deep cleans

• Lead and motive your team

What's needed from you?

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. If you have clear experience in a similar role, we'd love to speak with you!

You should have experience in leading and training hygiene teams

Good understanding of the significance of pathogen controls and preventive measures and have the ability to react to hygiene indicators/trends before a quality failure occurs

Awareness and understanding of factory equipment and processes.

The successful candidate should be a people orientated person, striving to motivate and get the best out of their team. Communication is key.
