Seeking a Nights Porter to cover a stunning 4 star hotel Tewkesbury.
Surrounded by stunning views this vacancy is a rare but exciting opportunity to work for a collection of the most prestigious and well known Hotels in the UK.



You will support the hotel operation by attending to guest needs and be available to any and all enquiries between 11pm and 7am. You will ensure smooth running of these shifts by maintaining security, assisting with late check ins, ensuring any enquiries or problems are dealt with professionally and above all contribute to the excellent guest experience that is guaranteed by the company.


You MUST have excellent customer service focus, be prepared and willing to work alone at times, (a team of night supervisors are present throughout the estate), proactive and capable of minor/basic in room maintenance.
Having experience of working in a similar environment is advantageous, however this is not essential as training will be given.
