You will be part of a small team, headed by the most helpful and experienced Reception Manager who offers full time support when needed.
You will be expected to run the reception desk, involved in some light duties such as: Managing the CCTV, checking guests in and out of the hotel, light admin duties, assisting guests with their needs, walking around the hotel when needed making sure everything is up to standard and assisting other departments if needed.
You will be expected to have a minimum of atleast one-year experience in either a customer service, sales or retail role. You will be expected to be competent on the computer. You will also be expected to be an enthusiastic, bubbly and positive individual due to this being a customer facing role.
You will benefit off an exciting hourly rate of between £10.00 to £11.00 per hour. You will also receive free work uniform with dry cleaning provided for no fee, free onsite parking, free on shift meals, free use of the onsite gym and leisure suite, discount on stays in all hotels, 50% off in the restaurant and monthly cash bonuses on the General Managers discretion.
You will be working 5 out of 7 days a week, on alternative shifts. Youi will be working between the hours of 22:45 to 07:15.
