We are looking for ambitious Customer Service Representatives who are looking for an opportunity to develop their skills within a leading financial services organisation to join my cleint in there Croydon office.

You will be based in a fast paced contact centre working within the automotive department. You will be dealing with a wide range of general enquiries including policy renewals, complaints and new business. You will also be required to promote and upsell additional features relating to each customer's policy.

You will work a variety of fixed shift paterns. Please be mindful this is a night shit position. My cleint are oper 365 days a year so will include weekends and bank holidays.
